More Than a Trainer — A Coach Who Understands the Fight
Fitness has never been easy for me. It was never something I simply “fell into” naturally. In many ways, I had to fight for the ability to move at all.
I was born with Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome, a rare vascular disorder that affects blood vessels, bones, and soft tissues. Later in life, I was also diagnosed with Pectus Excavatum, a condition that ultimately required full chest reconstruction surgery. Over the years, I’ve undergone multiple surgeries including aneurysm repair, tumor removals, partial muscle removal in my right leg, and extensive rehabilitation.
Doctors told me I’d never squat, sit, or stand without pain. While they were right about the pain—I still live with it daily—they were wrong about what I could become.
At different points in my life, I’ve been as heavy as 240 pounds and as light as 115 pounds at 6’3”. I’ve dealt with chronic pain, physical limitations, setbacks, and moments where it felt impossible to move forward. But through years of persistence, movement, education, rehabilitation, and strength training, I rebuilt my body and transformed my life.
That journey became my purpose.
Today, with more than 10 years of experience and over 10,000 private training sessions delivered, I help busy professionals and clients throughout Fort Worth and the greater DFW area build strength, improve movement quality, reduce pain, lose body fat, and create lasting confidence through intelligent, personalized coaching.
My approach combines evidence-based training, corrective exercise principles, and real-world experience into a truly premium coaching experience. Every program is fully customized to the individual because no two bodies, lifestyles, or goals are the same.
